By booking a service with Packerswala.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the provision of packing, moving, transportation, and other related services.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our online calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary if the inventory, distance, or service requirements change. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before the service is rendered.

3. Customer's Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your inventory and addresses.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to move the items.
• You must arrange for parking and necessary permissions for the moving vehicle at both the origin and destination.

4. Payment

An advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the move at the destination, before the unloading of goods.

5. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage to your goods is limited by the terms of the transit insurance policy. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, or strikes.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
