1. Booking Confirmation

A move is considered booked only after the advance booking amount (typically 10% of the total quote) has been paid. This amount is required to allocate resources and schedule your move.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled move time.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may result in the forfeiture of the advance booking amount.
  • Cancellation by Packerswala.com: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the entire advance amount paid by you.

3. Refund Policy

  • The advance booking amount is non-refundable if the cancellation is made by the customer less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a processing fee may be deducted from the advance amount before the refund is issued.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your move up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to make arrangements.
